Zucchini and Squash Bake Recipe – Reviews:

Susie:
I am always on the lookout for a new way to utilize summer squash, especially the big ones that aren't suited for some dishes. They worked wonderfully here.
Mia:
I made this last night and by chance left out the shredded cheese. I completely missed that ingredient! LOL But even without the cheese, it was very good. My fiancé and I ate the total dish in one serving!
Alice:
Wow, this was really fine. I added garlic, Italian Herbs and shredded Italian Five Cheese for flavoring and it was tasty.
Jane:
Love this recipe. To keep away from a watery mess, salt the vegetables before cooking for a few hours then pat dry. Also, caramelized the onions before putting them on top of the vegetables. Tasty!!!
